Dear readers,

What’s with the constant rain here? London is gloomy and sometimes very grey, but I need a relaxing atmosphere to produce some good stuff for you.

Besides the depressing weather, how have we all been?

This week has felt very long and rather tiresome. I have been brainstorming ideas for the first blog I should create for you all, and I believe that aside from the actual purpose of my blogs, the initial one needs to be quite short and introductory; I don’t want to bore you just yet.

It’s a Friday. Well, it’s a Friday when I’m writing this. Don’t know exactly when this will be put out on the website, and I'm currently pausing university work overload. The teacher seems to be mumbling in the distance as I am typing away, not near the end of the boring lesson.

Why do we have to attend school? It takes up to 1/3rd of our lives, so we could be using that time wisely to travel and gain experience that would be beneficial to us. The school system is a joke; it only teaches children to become slaves to the regulations. To become someone who is destined to follow instead of to create and lead. Repeat with me: school eliminates one’s innovation and creativity.

See, if money wasn’t something that we relied on and in high demand, there would be room for people to focus on things that they enjoyed instead of worrying about if what they like would be able to help them find a “decent” job.

Well, this is why Artists Cry was created. To help you, dear reader, tap back into that creative side of yourself, allow yourself to sit back and enjoy some artwork that isn’t your typical modern work.

If you resonate with the drawings, feel free to reach out and send an email. Always happy to hear from you guys :)
